Affordable Fellers is based in Durango, Colorado serving private landowners, the US Forest Service, State Parks, ski resorts, utility cooperatives and land developers throughout the western United States.  We specialize in  Right-of-Way clearing, forest restoration, wildfire mitigation, hazard tree removals, helicopter logging and stump grinding.  We utilize a wide variety of specialized equipment to maximize efficiency.  Our top-of-the-line equipment and professional crews allows us to tackle even the toughest jobs and separate us from the competition.

EQUIPMENT

Additional equipment will be leased as the need arises - ie. excavators, cranes, horizontal grinders, bulldozers.
Our late model chippers quickly devour trees up to 18" in diameter for maximum efficiency.

Hans Hartman is an International Society of Arboriculture Certified Arborist.  The ISA is a worldwide professional organization dedicated to fostering a greater appreciation for trees and to promoting research, technology, and the professional practice of arboriculture.  Hans has many years experience in timber falling and fire fighting.
